My friend has just told me that she is moving into her new house at the weekend . Would I help with the lifting and lugging? I said but of course !! I may need a few glasses of wine to help things along though.

Spent an indulgent hour watching the Prince biography , how fantastic is that man and still looking and sounding great. I'm pictured wearing a huff ( a cross between a hat and a hair band). Tricky to get right this as it could easily look like a small rodent has landed on your head.

Brrrr ....Well it certainly looked warmer through the window when looking out than when I ventured outside. Hence the change of coat . I finally wore my favourite vintage cashmere coat that I've owned for ten years .

Lunch at Chatsworth (what a drama the whole world seemed to be there)I wore a Great Plains dress and cream shoes by Office.

Actually this is what I wore yesterday , but after a glass or two of wine .....well !!!! not a good idea to be posting on your blog !

A few of us got together to watch The Tourist with Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie . as this is a very glamorous film we decided to dress accordingly , hence my black lacy cocktail dress by Quiz. Talking of glamour I won't be happy until I have stayed at the fabulous Hotel Danieli in Venice (in the Doges suite of course ! ) Which featured in the film.

Just got back in from helping a friend out at her antique shop. Very difficult to concentrate on selling her stuff rather than buying it . I'm wearing a black wool dress and a Dorothy Perkins coat with over the knee black suede boots.

I'm not sure what happened in the vicinity last night . However , whilst walking my dogs this morning, firstly I came across a shoe ( there is always one , do people hop home) . Then further down the path a piece of underwear ( oh dear) . Then further on a sock ( yes just one) then finally a dogs collar ! Had family over for lunch today . You must be mad I can hear you saying ! The clothing of choice on such days should be tin hat and body armour . However, today went really well and a good time was had by all. I'm seen here wearing an Autograph dress by M and S.

Have a fabulous bonfire night and enjoy the fireworks but please take note of a message from Bru and Ol ( pictured above) They say keep your pets safe and indoors as they may be scared of the fireworks , oh and give them an extra chew or 6 .
