Another super dooper day here in Derbyshire ( could get used to this) Well here I am in my bought in Paris flea market Maxi dress post gym......yes you read right GYM !!!
First proper visit in years so thought best not over do it .....and I certainly didnt !
7 mins rowing machine followed by 4 mins on ski thingy and well, that was it really !
