Today I had what is apparently described I am told as a working lunch . In other words discussing some new business ideas over a glass or two of wine . We happened to be near Meadowhall
and I made the mistake of going in . Two hours later I emerged with aching feet and in a state of confusion......I'll blame that on the shopping and not the wine. However for my expedition I wore a Dorothy Perkins knitted dress and coat.

So often I see guys so desperate to wear a designer suit that they end up buying a designer label which costs a fortune . The suit doesn't suit them but its fashionable , in fact it often looks like the suit is wearing them. Why be a slave to fashion , why not follow your own style?
Buy a suit which fits you perfectly off the peg , then take some ideas to your local tailor. Have them alter it in your own style. You have your own designer suit for a fraction of the cost.

It's all about anti ageing these days , not a week goes by without some wonder product or other claiming to turn back the clock..if only !!

I have to say though speaking as one whose dressing table is buckling under the weight of various lotions and potions, there is some pretty good stuff out there , and it doesn't have to be eye wateringly expensive . Take serums for instance , yes men should use them ! Well both Nivea and Aldi do an excellent budget range of products . At the other end of the scale , and it really is at the top end , Sisley ecological compound is the ultimate indulgence , at £129 for 125ml please use it sparingly !!!

Traditionally moisturisers and serums have been the domain of us girls but a massive share of the beauty product market is now aimed at you guys and why not.....

I find myself obsessing about hands these days , my own and others .

If your own mitts aren't quite perfect (whose are ) then read on.

It's surprisingly easy to maintain handsome hands, a regular nail trim and a good quality moisturising cream is generally all it takes , but if you fancy a treat occasionally then I can certainly recommend a professional manicure, as well as working wonders visually it's also a very relaxing experience.

Crowning Glory

I'm thinking hair today ! A source of worry and anxiety for many men ( welcome to our world boys) ok. Ok I know you can't all have hair like Ronny Wood , in fact all the stones put together . The thing is it either goes grey --or it just well , goes!Try not to panic you can still look sexy , just remember if you were once hirsute and now have hair that's gone AWOL then have a sprucely close crop . Think Bruce Willis . For hair that's gone grey please please avoid colouring ( orange is not a good look) just go for a George Clooney silver fox style ---well it works for him doesn't it !!
