Today I wore a casual black frilled top with some biker boots for my much postponed trip to the gym . I managed a whole 20 minutes on the rower followed by a few lengths of the pool. By my reckoning that entitles me to a few glasses of wine and an Italian meal tonight.
Todays frock rock has to be Spandau Ballet " musclebound"
